Role Overview

We are currently looking for a Groundskeeper to ensure the upkeep and maintenance of the exterior and designated interior areas within our properties.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily maintenance tasks including cleaning the property and removing trash.
• Manage maintenance, care, and inventory of all property and company-owned supplies and equipment.
• Remove snow and apply de-icing agents on walkways to prevent ice accumulation.
• Comply with OSHA regulations and company safety policies consistently.
• Identify and report unusual or notable conditions affecting the property or residents.
• Maintain company-issued uniforms and uphold a professional demeanor at all times.
• Provide courteous and prompt responses when interacting with others.
• Stay well-informed about company and community policies and procedures.

Requirements and Skills

• Proficient in using groundskeeping tools and equipment safely and effectively.
• Capable of exercising independent judgment and discretion in daily tasks.
• Ability to comprehend and follow detailed but straightforward instructions, both written and oral.
• Problem-solving skills to address issues involving limited variables within standardized scenarios.
• Initiative to proactively complete job responsibilities.

Compensation and Benefits

This role offers full-time employment with an hourly wage ranging from $22.00 to $27.00.
