Role Overview

As a Grounds Maintenance Operative, you will be responsible for performing high-quality groundskeeping tasks. Your duties will include grass and hedge cutting, maintaining borders, weeding, and other activities that contribute to the aesthetic appeal of communal outdoor areas for our customers.

Requirements

You must hold a full, clean driving license for at least one year to operate company vans when required. A solid practical understanding and hands-on experience in grounds maintenance is essential. You should be proficient in safely handling and operating various equipment, machines, and materials used in day-to-day groundskeeping activities.
