About the Role

Fish Window Cleaning North County is in search of a motivated and dependable individual to join as a Ground-Level Window Cleaner. This position suits candidates who are self-driven, efficient, and take pride in quality work. The more proficient you become, the more free time you can earn during the day.

Work Schedule and Compensation

• Pay range: $15.00 to $25.00 per hour
• Workdays: Monday through Friday only (no work on weekends or holidays)
• Typical working hours: 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Perform window cleaning for commercial and residential properties at ground level (no high-rise cleaning involved)
• Carry out assigned tasks independently with efficiency
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining a professional demeanor

Required Qualifications and Traits

• Demonstrated strong work ethic and sense of urgency
• Ability to stay productive without constant supervision
• Motivated and reliable with professional appearance and attitude
• Possession of a valid driver's license and dependable personal transportation
