Job description
Role Overview
The Ground Instructor is tasked with overseeing the ground training of pilots, ensuring they achieve and maintain the necessary standards of knowledge and successfully complete final systems and performance examinations.
Core Responsibilities
- Deliver lectures to pilots and develop as well as review examination questions.
- Provide instruction to airline crews transitioning to Airbus aircraft, covering all operational and technical details of specific aircraft types using equipment such as FBS, FTD, APT+, and mock-ups.
- Assess crew progress in understanding aircraft systems within the set time frames of training courses.
- Maintain and demonstrate the required competencies expected of an instructor.
