Role Overview

The Ground Instructor is tasked with delivering comprehensive ground training to pilots, ensuring they meet the required standards in system knowledge and succeed in performance assessments.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide and support pilots to achieve the set standard of aircraft system knowledge, ensuring passing of final evaluations.
• Conduct instructional lectures and craft as well as review examination questions tailored for pilot training.
• Provide operational and technical training to airline crews transitioning to Airbus aircraft, utilizing training tools such as FBS, FTD, APT+, and mock-up simulators.
• Assess the progression of flight crews in understanding aircraft systems within the designated course timeline.
• Continually uphold and demonstrate the competencies expected of an instructor in performance and knowledge.
