About the Position

Quikrete Heavy Construction Materials is seeking a dedicated Groundskeeper to maintain the cleanliness and safety of plant grounds and work areas, ensuring they comply with company policies and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Keep plant premises, stockpiles, and operational zones orderly and clean.
• Conduct housekeeping tasks including cleaning plant equipment, loading docks, and washdown areas.
• Communicate regularly with plant management to uphold safe and efficient operations.
• Operate front-end loader equipment when required.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least one year of experience in an industrial, yardman, or manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in operating equipment such as forklifts and loaders.
• Strong organizational skills and effective verbal and written communication abilities.
