Position Summary
The Grocery Replenishment Clerk plays a vital role in maintaining store stock and providing outstanding customer service. This position requires professionalism, accuracy, and timeliness while contributing to a positive environment for customers and team members alike.
Key Responsibilities
- Comply with all food safety protocols, health and safety standards, company policies, and standard operating procedures.
- Order, receive, and display products according to inventory control guidelines.
- Deliver excellent customer care to fulfill shopping needs and promote loyalty.
- Boost sales by actively promoting highlighted products within the store.
- Maintain back shop and retail floor cleanliness and organization to company standards.
- Prepare customer orders when required.
- Manage department shrink processes as necessary.
- Assist in training junior colleagues.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Skills
- Capable of working independently in a dynamic, fast-paced retail environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Physically able to lift up to 20 pounds, stand for extended periods, and perform tasks involving bending, lifting, and reaching.
