About the Role
We are seeking hardworking and active delivery partners to join Swiggy Food and Instamart services. Your main task will involve collecting food from local restaurants and groceries or essential items from Swiggy Instamart dark stores, then delivering them safely to customers within a specified radius.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick up food orders from partner restaurants and deliver them punctually to customers' homes.
- Collect grocery and daily essentials orders from Instamart dark stores and deliver within a 2-3 km radius.
- Use the Swiggy Delivery Partner App to accept orders, follow GPS navigation, and monitor daily earnings.
- Maintain polite and respectful interactions with customers while ensuring secure handling of deliveries.
Compensation and Benefits
- Earn between ₹30,000 and ₹60,000 per month, depending on the number of orders and work hours.
- Receive a joining bonus up to ₹10,000 upon meeting initial order targets.
- Get additional petrol or distance allowances paid per delivery.

Requirements and Documents
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
- Minimum education of 10th grade pass or fail; no degree required.
- Possess a bike or scooter along with a valid driving license and vehicle registration certificate (or a bicycle if delivering locally).
- Mandatory documents include Aadhaar Card or Voter ID, PAN Card, Driving License for two-wheeler riders, and a bank passbook or cancelled cheque for weekly payouts.
- Must have an Android smartphone equipped with GPS and internet connectivity for app usage.
