Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by ensuring shelves are consistently stocked and responsive to shoppers' needs.
• Maintain and organize product displays and shelving in line with company quality standards.
• Perform accurate product scanning, monitor inventory requirements, and assist with ordering processes.
• Implement company marketing promotions and programs as directed.
• Keep departmental areas clean and comply with health and safety regulations.

Candidate Profile

• Collaborative team player with a keen eye for detail.
• Self-motivated and capable of operating independently within a fast-paced retail environment.
• Courteous and resourceful when addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
• Eager and open to learning new skills and knowledge.
• Flexible to work across multiple departments and various shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 pounds and remain active throughout the shift.

Experience and Training

No prior experience is necessary as comprehensive training will be provided to ensure success in the role.
