Role Summary

The Graphic Illustrator position is a full-time, on-site role located in Dubai, UAE. The primary responsibility involves crafting high-quality digital illustrations and visuals that effectively represent Grovy’s brand identity, real estate projects, and promotional communications both in print and digital formats. Daily activities encompass creating concept sketches, character designs, and extensive illustrations for various uses such as project branding, brochures, social media content, and presentations. The illustrator will work in close coordination with marketing, design, and project teams to convert real estate concepts into captivating visual stories, ensuring brand consistency. Additional duties include editing images, preparing final artwork for production, and updating designs based on feedback to back marketing campaigns, investor presentations, and customer materials.

Qualifications and Skills

• Demonstrated expertise in Digital Illustration and Character Design for original and engaging visuals tailored to real estate projects.
• Proficient in Graphics and Graphic Design to create layouts, brand visual identities, and marketing collateral aligning with corporate standards.
• Experienced in Image Editing for enhancement, retouching, and optimization of both artworks and photos for print and online distribution.
• Competence with professional design and illustration software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign or their equivalents.
• Preferably experienced in visual communication within real estate, architecture, or related sectors focused on design.
• A robust portfolio showcasing diverse illustration and design skills, meticulous attention to detail, and ability to meet tight deadlines in dynamic environments.
• Possession of a diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Illustration, Visual Arts, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical expertise.
• Strong communication and teamwork capabilities, comfortable working on-site with cross-functional and diverse teams.
