Job description
Position Overview
Join Xenel Industries in Jeddah as a Graphic Designer within the Corporate Communications department. This role involves crafting and elevating the visual identity of a leading holding group through the creation of diverse, high-impact graphic assets aligned with the company's brand strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Create multimedia materials for strategic presentations, corporate reports, business proposals, and internal communications including executive announcements and awareness campaigns.
- Design comprehensive concepts and visual content across digital and print media such as executive brochures, infographics, event signage, environmental branding, and social media graphics.
- Collaborate with leadership to develop bespoke executive presentation decks tailored for board meetings and key external events.
- Ensure all visual content strictly follows Xenel Group’s branding, corporate tone, and stylistic standards.
- Develop branding collateral and experiential graphics for corporate forums, events, and activations across the group.
Brand Management
- Maintain, update, and enforce corporate brand guidelines organization-wide.
- Oversee design quality and consistency across all subsidiaries and departments.
- Act as the internal authority on design by reviewing and approving branded materials from various teams.
Asset Maintenance and Coordination
- Set up and manage a structured digital asset repository to facilitate version control and easy file access.
- Maintain a comprehensive library of design templates, brand guidelines, icons, stock resources, and approved media assets.
Event and Vendor Coordination
- Support corporate event execution including vendor management and production of corporate gifts and branded merchandise.
- Work alongside external photographers, videographers, and production teams to manage asset creation for archives and media dissemination.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related discipline.
- Professional certifications for Adobe Creative Cloud applications such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; motion graphics or animation qualifications favored.
- 1 to 2 years of design experience in corporate settings, luxury brands, family offices or creative agencies serving corporate clients.
- Portfolio demonstrating a broad range of corporate, branding and digital media design capabilities.
- Bilingual design literacy in Arabic and English typography and layout is a significant advantage.
