About the Role
Ten More In is seeking a passionate and highly skilled Graphic Designer with an exceptional visual sensibility and a strong drive for execution. You will be responsible for creating compelling creative assets that represent our brand across various media, including digital, social platforms, presentations, event materials, and print. Speed, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple concurrent projects are essential. You will also leverage AI and contemporary creative tools to enhance your productivity and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute the full cycle of creative assets for digital, social media, presentations, print, and events.
- Continuously refine and develop the company's visual identity through exceptional design, typography, and imagery.
- Translate demands from marketing, program teams, founders, sales, and event stakeholders into creative and effective solutions, managing several projects simultaneously.
- Create social media content tailored to platforms like Instagram and LinkedIn, ensuring memorable campaigns and assets.
- Utilize tools such as Canva and other standard creative applications, integrating AI technologies into daily workflows for automation and improved efficiency.
- Produce diverse creative outputs including presentations, print materials, videos, motion graphics, photos, and event design. Manage and guide external creatives effectively when necessary.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate possesses several years of experience in graphic or brand design and demonstrates outstanding visual acuity combined with excellent execution capabilities. You are fast, structured, dependable, and adept at juggling multiple stakeholders and ongoing projects without waiting for perfect briefs. You are eager to not only conceptualize ideas but also bring them vividly to life and contribute actively to growing and shaping a dynamic brand.
