Role Overview

We are seeking a full-time Graphic Designer based in Gurugram, Haryana, with availability to start within 30 days. The role involves employing AI design tools to craft and refine original graphics, illustrations, and other visual elements for both digital and print media. The candidate is expected to keep abreast of advancements in AI technologies, incorporate them into design processes, collaborate with creative and marketing teams, and ensure all outputs adhere to brand standards while contributing innovative concepts.

Core Responsibilities

• Leverage AI-powered platforms to create, enhance, and generate unique visual designs and illustrations.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of AI-driven design technologies and integrate them into existing workflows.
• Work closely with the Creative Head, copywriters, developers, marketers, and other stakeholders.
• Deliver visually compelling, accurate designs that comply with brand guidelines.
• Transform project briefs into creative concepts and execute quality artwork.
• Participate actively in brainstorming sessions by contributing novel ideas.

Qualifications and Skills

• Graduation in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related discipline is preferred.
• Advanced skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and CorelDRAW.
• Practical experience with AI-based tools such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, DALLE, Canva AI, or equivalents.
• Excellent understanding of fundamental design principles including branding, typography, color theory, and composition.
• Creative mindset capable of producing original and engaging designs.
• Knowledge of UI/UX design principles.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, InDesign, logo creation, illustration, brand identity, and visual design.
