Role Overview
We seek a Graphic Designer with expertise in presentation design to join our team in Oshiwara, Mumbai. This role primarily focuses on crafting business proposals, sales decks, pitch decks, and brand presentations that not only look exceptional but effectively communicate business ideas.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop compelling business proposals, sales decks, pitch decks, and partnership presentations.
- Collaborate closely with business and marketing teams to understand audience and objectives, structuring presentations accordingly.
- Contribute to the conceptualization of presentation storylines, flow, and information hierarchy.
- Transform complex information into clear, visually engaging presentations that support effective communication.
- Ensure presentations are visually strong and aligned with business communication goals.
- Support broader design needs including performance marketing ads, email campaigns, social media creatives, music artwork, product graphics, and campaign assets.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of experience in graphic design, visual design, or specifically presentation design.
- A robust portfolio particularly highlighting business decks, proposals, and presentations.
- Strong grasp of storytelling, presentation structure, and visual communication principles.
- Ability to conceptualize the narrative and flow of presentations, beyond aesthetics.
- Keen eye for typography, layout, composition, and visual hierarchy details.
- Competence in translating briefs into powerful visual ideas.
- Proficiency in preferred design tools; quality of output is prioritized over specific software.
- Familiarity with AI design tools is advantageous.
- Highly curious, detail-focused, and able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
Additional Information
Compensation will be market competitive and based on experience and work quality. The role is based at our Oshiwara office in Mumbai and requires in-office attendance.
