Role Overview

We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to create engaging visuals including social media posts, banners, brochures, flyers, and advertisements, primarily focused on real estate projects and property listings.

Key Responsibilities

• Design high-quality graphics for real estate marketing purposes.
• Develop and sustain professional, responsive websites and landing pages.
• Work on website layouts, UI/UX, images, banners, and other visual elements to enhance user experience.
• Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to produce promotional content aligned with brand standards.
• Ensure consistent visual identity across all designs and adhere to brand guidelines.
• Optimize all website graphics and content for both desktop and mobile platforms.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficient with design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Figma, or equivalents.
• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, WordPress, and principles of responsive web design.
• Creative mindset coupled with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects and effectively meet deadlines.
• Experience in real estate or digital marketing sectors is advantageous.
