Graphic Designer + Motion Designer

Position Overview

Mexy is searching for a creative and skilled Graphic and Motion Designer with 2 to 4 years of experience to produce compelling visual content across various platforms including social media, advertising, branding, presentations, reels, and motion graphics.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging social media visuals such as posts, carousels, stories, and campaign materials.
• Develop reels, short videos, motion graphics, and animation content.
• Produce ad creatives tailored for Meta, Google, and LinkedIn platforms.
• Design branding elements, visual identities, moodboards, and brand guidelines.
• Craft compelling pitch decks, presentations, proposals, and marketing reports.
• Adapt creative assets to fit different formats and media channels.
• Ensure consistent visual identity across multiple brands.
• Leverage performance data to refine and optimize creative work.
• Utilize AI tools for generating static and video content as well as for idea development and editing.

Required Skills and Experience

• Two to four years of professional design experience with a robust portfolio covering social media, advertising, branding, and digital content.
• Proficient in typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
• Advanced skills in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva.
• Familiarity with Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar motion and video editing software.
• Strong grasp of content creation focused on reels, including pacing, hooks, and transitions with a social media-first approach.
• Experience using AI-driven creative software to develop both static images and video content.
• Ability to deliver high-quality work efficiently while incorporating feedback.
• Experience in agencies, startups, or marketing environments is advantageous.

Additional Information

• Location: Hyderabad, Telangana, India (Onsite)
• Salary: Up to ₹45,000 per month, commensurate with experience and portfolio quality.
