Role Overview

We seek a highly creative and detail-focused Graphic Designer with deep expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint and presentation graphics. The candidate will craft visually powerful, professional, and brand-consistent presentations plus other visual communication materials. A solid grasp of layout design, typography, color use, visual hierarchy, and storytelling is essential, along with skill to simplify complex data into engaging visuals.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce impactful PowerPoint presentations for internal and external use including client pitches, leadership reviews, events, and business communications.
• Work closely with Marketing, Sales, Executives, and other stakeholders to clarify needs and convert ideas and data into eye-catching presentation designs.
• Ensure uniform application of WCT’s branding standards covering colors, fonts, layouts, imagery, and visual style.
• Develop custom graphics, icons, infographics, charts, diagrams, and data visualizations to convey information clearly and effectively.
• Maintain and enhance PowerPoint templates, slide masters, layouts, and design frameworks to boost consistency and efficiency.
• Translate technical or complex content into straightforward, visually appealing information.
• Support creation of additional creative materials such as social media graphics, one-pagers, reports, marketing collateral, and both digital and print items.
• Collaborate with the design team to uphold visual identity consistency across presentations and communication assets.
• Integrate PowerPoint animations, transitions, and effects appropriately to strengthen storytelling.
• Handle multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines with quality output.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design, or equivalent experience.
• Professional background in Graphic Design, Presentation Design, Visual Communication, or related roles.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft PowerPoint: slide layouts, slide masters, templates, charts, infographics, SmartArt, custom graphics, animations and transitions.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
• Excellent understanding of layout principles, typography, color theory, composition, and visual hierarchy.
• Skill in producing infographics, illustrations, diagrams, and data visualizations.
• Aptitude for distilling complex information into compelling visual narratives.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with non-design colleagues and incorporate feedback.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience creating presentations for corporate, consulting, tech, or professional services sectors.
• Skill in presentations for client pitches, sales, executive communications, and business reviews.
• Knowledge of brand storytelling and presentation strategy principles.
• Experience with animations, motion graphics, or advanced PowerPoint effects.
• Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Google Slides, Keynote, or Canva.
• Basic UX/UI understanding and visual hierarchy application.
• Strong multitasking and prioritization in dynamic environments.
• Experience working with Microsoft or tech-related companies advantageous.
