Graphic Designer

Job Overview

We are seeking a creative and meticulous Graphic Designer to oversee our company's entire visual communication and branding initiatives based in Zirakpur, Punjab. This role involves crafting high-quality, professional, and consistent designs across various media including products, packaging, social media, marketing collateral and internal communications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design labels, packaging, and branding assets for products.
• Develop engaging creatives for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and more.
• Create social media posts, festive campaign designs, promotional banners, and advertising materials.
• Compile product catalogs, brochures, company profiles, price lists, and marketing content.
• Produce product mockups and presentation visuals.
• Edit product photos including background removal, retouching, and enhancement.
• Generate marketing creatives and promotional content aligned with brand standards.
• Collaborate with the Marketing, Sales, and Product departments to fulfill design needs.
• Ensure uniformity in typography, color schemes, layouts, logos, and brand identity overall.
• Prepare final artwork ready for print and digital distribution.
• Incorporate feedback by making necessary design refinements.
• Maintain an organized archive of design and source files.
• Contribute fresh and innovative ideas to support branding and marketing campaigns.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proficient with Adobe Photoshop.
• Familiarity with CorelDRAW is desirable.
• Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator is advantageous.
• Strong grasp of typography, color palettes, layout design, and visual hierarchy.
• Experience in print and packaging design.
• Capability to develop premium and polished brand creative materials.
• Competent in image editing and photo retouching.
• Creative problem-solving skills and keen attention to details.
• Ability to manage multiple design projects simultaneously and adhere to deadlines.

Preferred Experience

• Background in branding, packaging, product design, or social media content creation preferred.
• Experience working with manufacturing, chemical, marble, construction, or product-based companies beneficial.
• Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication or a relevant discipline.
• Relevant professional experience coupled with a strong portfolio will also be considered.
