Graphic Designer

About the Role

Tetramind Asia is on the lookout for a talented Graphic Designer to become a vital member of our creative team. This role involves crafting a diverse array of visual content spanning both digital and print media. The ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter who generates innovative concepts and demonstrates exceptional attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Developing design concepts through analysis of relevant data and source materials.
• Creating visual samples featuring artistic layout, font size, and style, then presenting them for approval.
• Collaborating effectively with team members, including web designers, marketing staff, printers, and other colleagues.
• Assisting the team by completing assigned tasks to support overall objectives.
• Liaising with clients to discuss and refine layout and design choices.
• Producing a broad spectrum of graphics and layouts such as product visuals, logos, and website designs utilizing software like Photoshop.
• Evaluating final designs and proposing enhancements when necessary.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess a qualification equivalent to a graphic design degree or a related discipline.
• Have prior experience working as a graphic designer or in a similar creative role.
• Showcase proven graphic design expertise supported by a strong portfolio.
• Be proficient with essential desktop publishing tools, including Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator; familiarity with Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects is advantageous.
• Exhibit a keen eye for aesthetics and composition.
• Display effective time management skills, reliably meeting deadlines.
• Be open to providing and receiving constructive feedback.
• Understand marketing principles, production processes, website and corporate identity design, product packaging, advertisements, and multimedia design.
• Have strong communication abilities.

Additional Information

Experience Desired: Between 2 and 4 years.

Salary Range: 20,000 to 40,000 INR per month.
