About the Role
We are seeking a creative and detail-driven Graphic Designer with 5 to 7 years of professional experience, specializing in social media graphic design. This role involves producing high-quality visual content across various brands on digital and social platforms. The candidate will collaborate closely with Social Media Managers, Content Writers, Video Editors, and other teams to maintain visual consistency and brand standards. This position requires working strictly from the office in Turbhe, Navi Mumbai, with a six-day workweek.
Primary Responsibilities
- Design visuals for social media channels.
- Create graphics for multiple brands ensuring brand identity accuracy.
- Generate creative ideas and concepts for campaigns and marketing materials.
- Ensure design quality and alignment with brand guidelines.
- Collaborate effectively with different teams to execute visual content plans.
Candidate Requirements
- 5-7 years of relevant experience in professional graphic design, focusing on social media.
- A strong portfolio highlighting social media and digital design expertise.
- Excellent knowledge of design principles including composition, typography, color theory, and visual storytelling.
- Proven ability to design specifically for social media platforms.
- Exceptional attention to detail with consistency in design outputs.
- Capability to handle projects for multiple brands, maintaining distinct brand voices.
- Ability to interpret creative briefs and independently develop compelling visuals.
- Proven skills in managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
- Effective communication and teamwork capabilities.
- Openness to constructive feedback and revisions.
- Strong creativity with an eye for modern, premium, and engaging designs.
Technical Skills
Proficient in primary design tools like Canva and Figma. Additional skills in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe InDesign are advantageous.

- Expertise in social media design and brand identity creation.
- Creation of advertising creatives and marketing campaign materials.
- Designing infographics, carousel posts, and YouTube thumbnails.
- Typography and layout design proficiency.
- Basic motion graphics and video editing skills.

- Background working with multiple brands or within agency settings.
Working Environment and Terms
- Strictly on-site at Navi Mumbai office.
- 6-day workweek.

Compensation
Monthly salary starting at ₹40,000, negotiable depending on experience, portfolio quality, and skills.
