Graphic Designer

About the Role

Investors Gate is seeking a highly skilled and imaginative Graphic Designer to create marketing and corporate designs for the group's companies. The role emphasizes enhancing visual content and strengthening brand identity by delivering polished, creative projects aligned with company standards.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop marketing and advertising designs including social media posts and campaign visuals.
• Create visuals for services, offers, and special events.
• Generate original visual concepts tailored to target audiences.
• Design carousel posts, infographics, and educational content.
• Adhere strictly to the visual identity guidelines of the company and its subsidiaries.
• Design company profiles, presentations, and informational brochures.
• Prepare print materials and institutional marketing collateral.
• Enhance templates and visual elements to ensure consistency and high quality.
• Produce graphic elements used in videos and reels.
• Create titles, simple visual effects, and supplementary materials for video editing.
• Collaborate with content and photography teams to produce engaging visuals.
• Receive design briefs and convert them into visual outputs.
• Efficiently incorporate feedback and modifications.
• Organize source files and deliver final designs in required formats.
• Meet deadlines and align with the marketing content schedule.
• Manage multiple projects for the group’s companies while upholding quality standards.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience in designing marketing and corporate materials.
• Expertise in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Competence in Adobe InDesign; knowledge of After Effects is a plus.
• Strong photo manipulation and image processing capabilities.
• Excellent understanding of visual composition, color theory, typography, and element hierarchy.
• Skilled in designing and formatting Arabic content professionally.
• Ability to generate diverse, original ideas rather than relying on preset templates.
• Understanding of digital advertising and social media design requirements.
• Ability to work independently while communicating effectively with the marketing management team.
• A professional portfolio demonstrating the quality and creativity of previous work.

Use of Artificial Intelligence Tools

• AI tools are welcomed as supportive instruments to accelerate production and inspire ideas.
• AI is not a substitute for professional design expertise.
• Designers must showcase their skills through manual graphic design and editing.
• Fully relying on AI-generated images without proper artistic refinement is unacceptable.
• Outputs must exhibit creativity, variety, and coherence with the company’s branding.
• The designer is accountable for the final quality of all submitted work.

Primary Objective

The key purpose of this role is to have a designer capable of independently handling the execution of graphic design tasks within the marketing department professionally, delivering innovative work that reflects the institutional level of Investors Gate and its affiliated companies.
