Graduate Trainee - Sales

Role Overview and Key Responsibilities

• Carry out product sampling activities at multiple construction sites to boost brand awareness and attract potential customers.
• Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and site supervisors to firmly establish product visibility and presence on construction sites.
• Plan and engage in sales promotion initiatives including campaigns, trade fairs, and industry-related events aimed at increasing market share.
• Perform market research tasks such as analyzing competitor strategies, benchmarking performance, and assessing client needs.
• Gain valuable field sales experience by working alongside experienced sales personnel to better understand customer demands and provide tailored solutions.
• Develop and sustain excellent customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and foster loyalty.

Candidate Profile and Additional Requirements

We are looking for a male fresher holding any graduate degree. Possession of a valid driving license and ownership of a two-wheeler are mandatory for this role.
