Job Overview

The Graduate Trainee in Collateral Management will play an essential supporting role in conducting property valuations and technical evaluations related to Home and Mortgage loans. This position requires travel within the city and reports directly to the Area Technical Manager based in Himayathnagar, Hyderabad.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with property valuation and technical assessments for loan collateral.
• Liaise with external valuers to obtain and verify technical reports.
• Monitor turnaround time (TAT) and proactively follow up on outstanding reports.
• Analyze and review valuation reports to detect any inconsistencies or discrepancies.
• Support on-site visits, including fresh and cross-audits.
• Help in identifying potential technical risks and indicators of fraud.
• Maintain management information systems (MIS) tracking technical reports, cases, and rate indices.
• Provide assistance in processing cases with values up to 50 lakhs.

Candidate Profile

• Fresh graduates with a degree in Civil Engineering (B.Tech / B.E.) are eligible.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• High attention to detail and effective coordination abilities.
• Adaptability and eagerness to learn in a dynamic environment.
