Candidate Profile

We welcome applications from diverse backgrounds; no prior recruitment experience is required. While sales experience can be helpful, it is not mandatory. Successful consultants have emerged from various sectors including hospitality, construction, call centers, sports, education, military, and fresh graduates. Key traits for success include a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, financial motivation, resilience, determination, and a positive sense of humor.

Career Progression Path

• Year 1: Receive personalized mentoring from top performers. Opportunity to earn commissions from day one with typical earnings between £35,000 and £50,000 and two promotions within the year.
• Year 2: Progress to Senior Consultant role with an anticipated salary ranging from £50,000 to £65,000.
• Year 3: Advancing consultants may begin managing small teams (1-3 members) or focus solely on high billing, expecting earnings of £65,000 to £80,000, with top talent exceeding this range.
• Year 4: Positioned to earn £80,000 and above, steering towards six-figure income while managing larger teams (4-8 consultants) and participating in our two-year Leadership and Development program. Exceptional performers may reach Associate Director levels swiftly.
