  • Strong enthusiasm for mechanical building services, M&E contracting, and construction project execution.
  • Well-developed communication, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within team settings and accept guidance from experienced engineers and project leaders.
  • A proactive mindset, strong dedication, and eagerness to learn.
  • Comfortable working in both office and site environments.
  • Available to commence work immediately or at short notice.

Preferred Qualifications (Not Mandatory)

  • Previous internship, placement, or site experience in construction, M&E, building services, utilities, energy, pharmaceutical, commercial, or data centre sectors.
  • Basic familiarity with mechanical drawings, schematics, technical specifications, and construction documents.
  • Exposure to software tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, BIM, Microsoft Project, Excel, or other engineering/project management applications.
