Role Overview
This entry-level position offers immersive experience in product development, quality assurance, and manufacturing processes related to catheter-based devices. Collaborate closely with experienced engineers and cross-functional teams to contribute actively to projects that impact healthcare outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the design, development, and rigorous testing of catheter-related medical devices.
- Participate in product validation and verification processes to ensure quality.
- Engage closely with multidisciplinary groups including Design, Quality, and Manufacturing departments to facilitate project success.
- Drive continuous improvement and support troubleshooting efforts.
- Maintain strict adherence to industry standards and relevant regulatory guidelines.
Candidate Requirements
- A degree in Mechanical, Biomedical, or a closely related engineering field.
- Familiarity with catheter assembly technologies is strongly beneficial.
- Proficiency in SolidWorks is advantageous.
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Well-developed organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in teams.
- A motivated, proactive approach combined with a willingness to learn extensively.
