Graduate Engineer Trainee

About the Role

We are seeking a Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) to join our Operations & Maintenance Department at Vidyavihar, Mumbai. This role reports to the Head Purchase Manager and involves overseeing and coordinating various project activities with a focus on mechanical engineering tasks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate work across multiple projects or sites to ensure smooth operations.
• Review project documentation and maintain accurate data management.
• Monitor project progress closely, identify potential risks, and take timely corrective measures to address any issues.
• Perform inspections to maintain high standards of quality control on mechanical works.
• Assist procurement by reviewing and approving technical documents related to mechanical equipment.
• Maintain comprehensive mechanical documentation, such as as-built drawings, manuals, and certifications.
• Offer technical assistance and provide training to technicians and field personnel as needed.
• Execute any additional tasks necessary to fulfill job requirements.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess a solid academic foundation.
• Basic understanding of engineering principles and familiarity with industry-related tools.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Eager to learn and adapt to new challenges.

Additional Details

• Educational Qualification: Bachelor of Engineering or Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical, Electrical, or Automobile Engineering.
• Experience: Open to fresh graduates.
• Employment Location: Vidyavihar, Mumbai.
• Stipend: INR 20,000 per month.
