GPS Technician

About the Role

Touchworld Technology LLC is seeking a proficient GPS Technician to join their team in the UAE. The position requires practical experience with installing vehicle GPS systems and foundational understanding of automotive electrical wiring.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle the installation, configuration, and testing of GPS tracking devices on various vehicles.
• Diagnose and resolve GPS device malfunctions, vehicle wiring problems, and connectivity disruptions.
• Perform maintenance checks, device replacements, and thorough inspections as needed.
• Travel within the UAE to visit customer sites for device installations and servicing.
• Maintain safety and professionalism throughout all installation procedures.

Candidate Requirements

• Between one to two years of relevant experience in similar roles.
• Basic understanding of vehicle wiring systems.
• Prior experience with automotive electrical tasks is strongly favored.
• Demonstrated technical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot effectively.
• Readiness to travel across the UAE regularly.
• Capability to operate independently with professional conduct.
