Role Summary

This contracted position involves managing and maintaining Google Business Profiles to ensure up-to-date and accurate business information while engaging customers and contributing meaningful marketplace insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and regularly update Google Business Profiles to reflect accurate business details.
• Address customer inquiries and interact with users to elevate the online business presence and satisfaction.
• Collaborate asynchronously with industry professionals to provide valuable observations regarding market trends.
• Work independently ensuring profile quality and achievement of engagement objectives.

Qualification Requirements

• Currently hold an active verified Google Business Profile either as owner or administrator.
• Possess a minimum of one year’s experience actively managing a Google Business listing.
• Engage frequently with the Google Business Profile platform.

Preferred Experience

• Background in industries like Hospitality & Lodging, Food & Beverage, Retail & Shopping, or Professional Services is advantageous.
