Job description
About The Role
We are looking for a Google Ad Manager Specialist to oversee the setup and management of our Google Ad Manager account. The ideal candidate will have practical experience in managing ad inventory, trafficking campaigns, optimizing yield, and performing detailed reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and set up the GAM account, including defining ad units, placements, and managing ad inventory.
- Develop and oversee pricing strategies to maximize revenue optimization.
- Handle order management, line items, targeting parameters, creative assets, and ad tag implementation.
- Identify and resolve ad delivery issues, and consistently monitor key metrics such as fill rate, eCPM, and overall revenue performance.
- Generate comprehensive performance reports and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
- Minimum of one year of direct experience working with Google Ad Manager.
- Demonstrated capability in setting up ad units and establishing pricing rules for monetization.
- In-depth knowledge of ad serving technologies, programmatic advertising methods, and monetization strategies.
