Golf Coach

Overview

Golf Saudi is seeking a dedicated Golf Coach to provide high-quality golf instruction and training sessions within their academy. The role involves implementing approved coaching curricula, assessing player progress, and maintaining a safe and engaging learning environment that meets academy standards.

Primary Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and group coaching sessions authorized by Golf Saudi, ensuring consistent training quality.
• Develop customized lesson plans, drills, and practice routines appropriate for various ages and skill levels.
• Evaluate player performance regularly, keep detailed training records, and offer constructive feedback for advancement.
• Assist with participant admissions and onboarding by explaining program structures, rules, and safety protocols.
• Collaborate with academy and club operations to coordinate training schedules, facility use, and equipment preparation.
• Enhance participant engagement and promote a positive experience during coaching and academy activities.
• Support community engagement initiatives, clinics, and outreach to boost program involvement.
• Provide assistance during tournaments and academy events, including warm-up sessions, rules briefings, and on-course support as needed.
• Maintain strict compliance with coaching standards, safeguarding measures, and health and safety regulations during all academy activities.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Sports Science, Physical Education, Coaching, or related discipline.
• Preferred: Professional golf coaching certification such as PGA or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in golf coaching or similar training roles.

Technical Expertise

• Proficient in golf coaching and instructional techniques.
• Skillful in preparing lesson plans and managing training programs.
• Knowledgeable in swing analysis basics and player progress evaluation.
• Familiarity with basic first aid and safety protocols.
• Experienced in supporting events and tournaments.
