Job Overview

The role demands a capable professional to lead and drive project sales activities in collaboration with the estimation team, ensuring alignment and achievement of sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate project sales efforts jointly with the estimation team.
• Lead and mentor sales and estimation teams to reach defined sales targets.
• Engage with senior professionals at client locations to comprehend and assess customer needs, clarifying requirements as necessary.
• Identify and nurture market opportunities in EPC requirements within PSUs and private sector firms.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and PMC to promote recurring business.
• Deliver tailored sales presentations reflecting customer requirements and the company's business profile.
• Pursue follow-up activities with consultants, clients, and PSUs to cultivate leads, inquiries, and vendor registration processes.
• Negotiate both technically and commercially to secure orders effectively.
• Stay well-versed with applicable industry standards.
• Take full responsibility for achieving project sales targets and managing business development, prequalification, and registrations.
• Coordinate with clients and the internal estimation team to develop and submit comprehensive techno-commercial bids.

Experience & Qualifications

Applicants must bring over 20 years of extensive experience in sales, marketing, and estimation of composite projects covering Civil, Mechanical, Piping, Electrical, and Instrumentation disciplines, within Oil & Gas, Power Plant, Chemical Plant, and Manufacturing sectors. Must demonstrate excellent communication and presentation capabilities.

Qualification required: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (BE) or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
