Role Overview
The Talent Acquisition Partner will play a vital role in sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates across commercial, marketing, and operations functions mainly in Germany, the UK, and the Netherlands. This full-cycle recruiting role entails managing the complete candidate lifecycle, collaborating closely with leadership, enhancing recruitment processes, and leveraging AI tools to improve efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and attract candidates through diverse sourcing methods and channels, managing candidates from initial contact through offer acceptance to ensure an excellent candidate experience.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned business verticals, partnering closely with leaders and hiring managers to understand needs and make informed hiring decisions.
- Continuously analyze recruitment processes to find and implement improvements that streamline the candidate journey and interviewing procedures.
- Utilize and contribute to AI and automation tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, and n8n to increase recruitment efficiency.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- Proven experience sourcing and successfully closing challenging and high-quality candidates via direct outreach and other techniques.
- Full-cycle recruitment experience across multiple departments and countries is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with AI-powered recruiting tools and workflows, with a preference for candidates who have contributed to building these tools.
- Strong command of English (minimum C1 level); knowledge of German or other languages is an advantage.

Interview Process
The hiring journey includes an initial online assessment, an introductory call, a call with the hiring manager, a live case study, and a final in-person interview at one of the company's offices.
