Our client is a fast-growing international company focused on expanding globally while heavily investing in its people, data, and operational excellence across multiple overseas markets.
Role Overview
This position involves crafting and instituting a global human resources metrics framework from the ground up, covering areas like talent acquisition, compensation, performance, learning, employee relations, workforce productivity, and organizational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and implement a detailed global HR metrics framework encompassing various HR domains.
- Set enterprise-wide standards for data, define governance protocols, and establish consistent KPI definitions to align business units and geographies.
- Develop executive-level dashboards, reporting tools, and workforce insights that facilitate informed decision-making.
- Collaborate closely with HR, Finance, Talent Acquisition, and business leadership to convert workforce issues into measurable, data-driven strategies.
- Lead efforts to continuously improve HR analytics capabilities, enhance data quality, and increase organizational data literacy.
Candidate Profile
- Holder of a bachelor's degree or higher in quantitative, analytical, HR, technology, or related fields.
- Demonstrated experience in People Analytics, HR Analytics, HRIS analytics, or managing workforce data.
- Successful track record in building HR metrics, KPI frameworks, or reporting systems from their inception to execution.
- Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with at least one mainstream business intelligence or data visualization tool.
- Experience operating across multiple countries or regions and managing complex organizational structures, with the capability to engage varied stakeholder groups.
