  • Conduct knowledge transfer and deliver technical training to site teams to enable effective operational handovers.
  • Work collaboratively with global stakeholders in Engineering, IT, Digital Factory, and Supply Chain functions.

Standardisation and Training

  • Ensure OT implementations strictly follow PGCS global automation standards and approved design frameworks.
  • Promote uniformity in System Platform configuration, deployment models, and integration approaches across all sites.
  • Provide mentoring and formal training to site engineering teams to support solution adoption and sustained operation.
  • Contribute to the creation of reusable templates, documentation, and best practices to facilitate worldwide rollouts.

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • Proficient hands-on experience with AVEVA System Platform, OMI, InTouch, and InBatch.
  • Experience with AVEVA MES integrations and SQL-based data management within industrial environments.
  • Proven track record in implementing OT and automation systems in manufacturing settings.

  • A solid understanding of OT cybersecurity principles and secure industrial architecture design.
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Computer Science, or related technical field.
  • Typically 5 to 10 years experience in industrial automation or operational technology roles.
  • Experience working in GAMP or other regulated manufacturing environments is advantageous.
  • Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
