The Global Compensations Advisor will play a pivotal role in guiding our global compensation and rewards strategy. This position involves leveraging extensive industry-specific data sourced from market surveys and thorough research to analyze compensation trends and offer customized insights. The goal is to develop a consistent and market-aligned global compensation framework that spans multiple geographies.

This position operates within the Global Compensation, Recognition and Tools team, a segment of the central Global Reward Centre of Expertise. This team is charged with strategizing, managing, and advancing reward programs across Consulting Teams, Specialty Businesses, and Business Services Teams.

Main Responsibilities

• Apply expert knowledge and analytical skills on compensation across IT services and Hi Tech sectors, emphasizing critical talent roles.
• Champion and aid in deploying a unified compensation strategy that ensures NTT remains competitively positioned globally and compliant with centralized frameworks.
• Offer specialist advice concerning the design and implementation of Executive compensation schemes aligning with global standards.
• Act as a trusted consultant for business leaders, HR, and Finance teams regarding compensation frameworks and execution.
• Develop and provide training resources supporting compensation best practices to regional teams.
• Participate actively in global and regional compensation projects by collaborating across multiple functions and locations.
• Contribute strategically to the global reward Centre of Expertise, ensuring an integrated and business-aligned compensation approach.

Candidate Profile and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is a mandatory qualification.
• Minimum 8 years of advancing experience in compensation roles with specialized knowledge in market intelligence specifically within IT Services and Hi Tech.
• Comprehensive understanding of various compensation structures, models, and instruments, including those relevant to executive pay.
• Expertise in benchmarking techniques, use of survey tools, and job evaluation methodologies.
• Global perspective with experience managing compensation across diverse international markets.
• Exposure to or knowledge of professional services business operations is advantageous.
• Proven creative problem-solving skills using data-centric approaches to manage complex and uncertain challenges.
• Strong communication and interpersonal capabilities with an ability to build influence among senior leadership and stakeholders.
