About the Role

As a Global Compensations Advisor, you will be instrumental in shaping and executing a comprehensive global compensation and rewards strategy tailored to align with diverse geographical markets and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert-level knowledge and analysis of compensation trends within the IT Services and High Technology sectors across all job categories, emphasizing critical talent segments.
• Develop and support implementation of unified compensation frameworks consistent with NTT DATA's global positioning and market competitiveness.
• Create and advise on executive compensation programs that adhere to global standards while meeting market demands.
• Collaborate closely with senior business leaders, human resources, and finance teams to design and enact effective compensation strategies.
• Deliver comprehensive training and assistance to regional teams on best compensation practices.
• Lead and participate in compensation-related global and regional projects, fostering cross-geographical and functional cooperation.
• Contribute proactively to the Global Reward Centre of Expertise to ensure cohesive and strategic alignment with company goals.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
• Eight or more years of progressive experience in compensation roles, demonstrating deep expertise in market intelligence particularly within IT Services or High Technology industries.
• Thorough understanding of various compensation models, pay structures, and components including executive pay schemes.
• Expertise in benchmarking, job evaluation, and the use of survey tools.
• Experience working in multinational environments with a global mindset.
• Knowledge of professional services business models is advantageous.
• Proven success in resolving complex and ambiguous challenges using innovative, data-driven approaches.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, capable of effectively influencing senior executives and stakeholders.
