Role Overview
This strategic position is oriented towards designing frameworks, setting criteria, and establishing partnerships for new businesses as they transition from market-ready status to actively competing and expanding internationally.
Primary Duties
- Preparing companies to expand their operations across international borders
- Facilitating entry and access into diverse global markets
- Developing and managing external relationships critical to business growth
- Creating and implementing operational models and blueprints for expansion
- Overseeing the entire journey from readiness assessment, market entry, to subsequent post-entry support services
- Reviewing and integrating global best practices to continuously enhance the market entry approach
Required Qualifications
- A degree in business, economics, international trade, or international relations
- Minimum of 15 years of professional experience in international trade or export promotion
- Proven success in crafting strategies or established programs aimed at market entry in key global markets
- Comfortable interacting and collaborating with government entities, trade associations, and international partners
- Possess an established network of contacts within trade bodies, business organizations, or international market-entry collaborators
