Role Overview

As a Track Construction Worker / Track Construction Helper, you will be engaged at projects nationwide carrying out maintenance and renovation of railway tracks for our clients. There is plenty to do — if you are ready to roll up your sleeves, our Leer branch is looking for reinforcement.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently perform track construction works on site at the railway network.
• Maintain and service railway track facilities to ensure their functionality and safety.
• Participate in construction projects involving multiple phases with on-site assembly assignments.

Candidate Profile

• Completed vocational training as civil engineering specialist worker or track construction worker, or a related technical qualification (e.g., road construction or structural engineering).
• Possession of a valid driver's license is required along with willingness to work on weekends and public holidays.
• Knowledge and compliance with accident prevention regulations and safety standards applicable to track construction work.
• Flexibility to undertake assembly work up to 10 consecutive days with corresponding compensatory time off.
