Role Overview
We are looking for a dedicated Giftware Manager to join our busy department in Ennis, Co. Clare on a full-time, permanent basis. This position requires flexibility to work weekdays, evenings, and weekends as needed.
Key Duties
- Lead and motivate your team to meet sales goals and key performance indicators while ensuring exceptional customer service.
- Assist the Store Manager by preparing and managing weekly staff schedules adhering to budget constraints.
- Oversee operational standards including inventory control, visual merchandising, and adherence to company policies.
- Execute merchandising campaigns, promotions, and delivery timing, managing essential back-office activities proactively.
- Demonstrate strong leadership by coaching and supporting your team to align with Carraig Donn's core values.
- Previous experience in retail management is mandatory; experience in giftware or fashion retail will be advantageous.
