BlowLin is a content company that generated over 10 million impressions and $120,000 in inbound revenue last year for clients who are 7 and 8-figure entrepreneurs. With experience working with more than 30 clients across 4 countries, we have mastered crafting LinkedIn content that captures attention and drives results.
Role Overview
We are seeking a full-time, on-site ghostwriter based in Calicut who can authentically capture the voices of high-profile entrepreneurs. You will write compelling LinkedIn content by extracting stories from in-depth conversations and creating posts that resonate and engage audiences, making them pause their scrolling.
Responsibilities
- Ghostwrite LinkedIn content for entrepreneurs, accurately reflecting their personality and perspectives.
- Translate 30-minute client conversations into engaging narratives and posts.
- Collaborate closely with the Head of Content Strategy, Muhammed Rashid, receiving personalized coaching to refine your writing to meet high standards.
- Participate in meetings with prominent clients to gain insight into their thought processes and content needs.
Candidate Requirements
- Open to candidates with some experience; newcomers with no published work on LinkedIn are not suitable.
- Active LinkedIn user with published content demonstrating understanding of effective writing.
- Ability to differentiate quality writing from poor writing.
- Study LinkedIn content intentionally for learning and inspiration rather than casual browsing.
- Research topics thoroughly before writing and ask meaningful questions.
- Take ownership of your work, including addressing any shortcomings.
Additional Information
Applicants who produce generic AI content, have never published on LinkedIn, or are merely aspiring to become writers without any real writing experience should not apply.
Because this is an on-site position located in Calicut, candidates must be willing to work from this location.
