Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and passionate German Language Trainer certified at the B2 proficiency level. The role requires a full-time commitment, onsite presence, and readiness to travel within Bangalore, particularly in the northern and western regions. Flexibility in working hours is essential to accommodate diverse student schedules.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and conduct German language lessons effectively to students.
• Develop and administer tests, exams, and practice exercises to evaluate learner progress.
• Provide constructive feedback and assess student performance.
• Maintain accurate attendance records and student registers.
• Conduct both offline and online classes using digital platforms.
• Travel to various colleges in and around North and West Bangalore for training sessions.
• Commit to a long-term engagement with the academy.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Certification at B2 level in German language awarded by Goethe or TELC, or possess a BA/MA in German language studies.
• Preferably 2 to 3 years of prior experience teaching German.
• Strong proficiency in both spoken and written German.
• Familiarity with teaching standards for Goethe exams including A1, A2, B1, and B2 levels.
• Presentable demeanor with innovative and creative teaching techniques.
• Excellent presentation and instructional capabilities.
• Skilled in designing educational materials and resources from the ground up.
• Experience conducting online classes with platforms such as Zoom and Google Classroom.
• Ability to develop and adapt language training materials to student needs.
• Additional advantage if experienced in preparing candidates for Goethe certification examinations.

Additional Information

The position is strictly full-time and based at the academy's Vidyaranyapura office or at various colleges across North Bangalore. Flexibility in schedule and location travel is required to meet instructional demands.
