German Language Specialist (C1) – Voice Process

About the Role

We are looking for German-speaking professionals with C1 certification to join our voice-based support process. This position is suitable for both freshers and experienced individuals eager to utilize their German skills in a structured and process-driven workspace.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage in voice communications in German with both internal and external parties, ensuring clarity and professionalism.
• Carry out daily responsibilities in accordance with assigned roles.
• Adhere to quality and compliance standards as defined by company processes.
• Work closely with different teams to guarantee seamless service operations.
• Accurately document interactions and maintain records as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Mandatory C1-level German language certification without exceptions.
• Preferably previous experience in a voice process.
• Excellent spoken and written communication in German.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts and take rotational weekly offs.
• Ready to join immediately.
• Must be located in Pune or able to relocate promptly for a walk-in interview.

Work Schedule

• Five-day working week.
• Rotational weekly offs.
• Shift rotations as per process requirements.

Additional Information

This is a full-time, permanent position based at Magarpatta, Tower 1, Pune, with walk-in interviews exclusively for Pune-based candidates. Immediate joining is required for selected applicants.
