Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Geriatric Care Manager to provide comprehensive care to elderly clients. This role involves assisting with personal care, mobility support, health monitoring, and encouraging physical therapy practices. The candidate must be willing to both work and reside in a home care environment to ensure continuous and effective support.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on personal care and support to senior clients.
- Help clients with mobility and moving safely between locations.
- Observe and report any health changes or concerns promptly.
- Support clients during their physical therapy routines.
- Ensure client's living spaces remain clean and hazard-free to maintain safety.
Additional Requirements
- Preparedness to live on-site as part of work commitments in a home care setting.
