Generative AI Engineer

Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Generative AI Engineer with extensive expertise in software development and applied AI technologies, located in Noida, India. The ideal candidate will design, build, and deploy advanced generative AI applications leveraging large language models (LLMs) and modern AI frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop Generative AI solutions using cutting-edge LLMs and associated technologies.
• Implement systems following Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) principles, including working with embeddings and vector search methodologies for semantic data retrieval.
• Utilize orchestration frameworks such as LangChain or LlamaIndex to streamline AI workflows and integrations.
• Engineer effective prompts and integrate LLM APIs for enhanced model interactions.
• Develop RESTful services using FastAPI or Flask, and design microservices architectures.
• Work with vector databases including FAISS, Pinecone, Chroma, or Azure AI Search for optimizing information retrieval.
• Manage source control with Git, containerize applications using Docker, and oversee deployment strategies.
• Apply techniques for model assessment and actively address hallucination issues while promoting responsible and ethical AI usage.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of five years in software development or IT field.
• Strong proficiency in Python programming.
• Hands-on experience in developing Generative AI applications leveraging LLMs.
• Comprehensive understanding of RAG architecture and semantic retrieval techniques.
• Familiarity with prominent LLM orchestration tools like LangChain or LlamaIndex.
• Expertise in prompt engineering and API integration for LLMs.
• Knowledge and experience with REST APIs and microservices using FastAPI or Flask.
• Experience with vector database technologies such as FAISS, Pinecone, Chroma, or Azure AI Search.
• Proficiency with Git version control, Docker containerization, and deploying AI applications.
• Insight into AI model evaluation and mitigation strategies to minimize hallucinations, with an emphasis on ethical AI principles.

Additional Information

The position is open to any graduate with a passion and experience in AI engineering. The salary range for this role is between 1,800,000 and 3,300,000 INR annually. Work is primarily based onsite in Noida, India.
