Healthii People Australia is excited to assist Grace Children’s Therapy in Castle Hill, NSW, with recruiting a General Psychologist. Founded in 2008 and led by a respected Occupational Therapist, this clinic is devoted to pioneering research, clinical growth, and evidence-based interventions for children and their families.

Compensation and Work Schedule

• Salary range between $95,000 and $120,000 plus superannuation, dependent on experience
• Workdays Tuesday through Friday, plus a half-day on Saturday; Mondays off
• Option available for a 4-day workweek

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive psychological assessments and therapy for children
• Offer emotional, behavioral, and developmental support grounded in evidence-based practices
• Collaborate closely with families, educators, and allied health professionals
• Contribute to improving service delivery and implementing innovative best practices
• Maintain and promote the organization’s child-centered values and philosophy
• Support parents, schools, and stakeholders to ensure continuity of care across settings
• Conduct visits to schools and homes when necessary for real-world strategy application
• Guide families in navigating funding and support services options

Candidate Profile

• Possesses tertiary qualifications in Psychology
• Registered with AHPRA as a General Psychologist
• Experience or keen interest in pediatric and developmental psychology
• Excellent abilities in communication and relationship management
• Committed to evidence-based treatments and professional growth
• Focuses on collaborative, child-centered, and family-oriented care
• Holds a valid driver’s license
