Key Responsibilities

• Take ownership of patient care including rebooking necessary follow-ups and managing results, referrals, recalls, and planned clinical follow-ups.
• Proactively review discharge summaries and correspondence without assuming delegation to others.
• Engage warmly with patients, such as sending cards for personal events, and showing appreciation toward patient advocacy and referrals.
• Deliver care within a 20-minute consultation framework, managing three patients per hour while sustaining professional boundaries and work-life balance.
• Demonstrate proficiency in medical billing and the management of a sustainable private practice that balances compassion with business acumen.
• Actively manage chronic diseases in partnership with skilled nursing staff, including specialized assessments like Heart Health and Menopausal Health.
• Utilize available systems and technology effectively to enhance practice efficiency.
• Accept and act on feedback constructively and monitor personal performance using monthly scorecards provided by the practice.
• Contribute positively to the clinic culture, support colleagues, collaborate effectively, and maintain professional boundaries.
• Engage in active patient base development rather than passively waiting for patients.
