Role Overview

This full-time, on-site position calls for a General Physician who will engage in patient consultations, conduct physical assessments, and oversee the diagnosis and management of both acute and chronic medical conditions. The role also entails offering preventive healthcare advice, performing diagnostic test analysis, prescribing appropriate medications, making referrals when necessary, and ensuring meticulous medical record maintenance. The incumbent will work closely with nursing and allied health professionals, actively participate in case discussions, and contribute to the development of clinical protocols and quality enhancement programmes.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Proven clinical expertise in Medicine and Primary Care, capable of managing a broad spectrum of conditions.
• Formal training or practical experience in Family Medicine, emphasizing continuous, holistic care for patients and their families.
• Effective team collaboration skills, particularly with nursing and various healthcare staff in a multidisciplinary environment.
• Dedication to ongoing education, professional growth, and strict adherence to evidence-based guidelines.
• Holds a recognized medical degree such as MBBS or its equivalent, along with a valid license or eligibility to practice as a General Physician.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal abilities, and proficiency in documentation and patient education.
• Strong organizational capabilities, sound clinical judgment, and the capacity to thrive in a dynamic outpatient setting.
• Experience with outpatient clinics or primary care facilities and familiarity with electronic medical records is advantageous.
