Position Overview

We are seeking several Industrial Cleaners to join our growing team in the Letterkenny facility. These practical roles involve cleaning and preparing switchgear and modular assemblies to uphold our high-quality standards and guarantee readiness for testing and dispatch.

Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare switchgear and modular units for factory witness testing (FWTs) and shipment.
• Aid production by ensuring equipment cleanliness and readiness.
• Comply with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and adhere to production timelines.
• Monitor output quality and promptly report deviations.
• Alert supervisors to equipment malfunctions or production concerns.
• Maintain a tidy, safe, and well-organized work area.
• Follow all Health & Safety, Quality, and Company policies.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.
• Participate in shift patterns and overtime as necessary.

Requirements

• Background in manufacturing, production, or industrial settings.
• Aptitude for following instructions and standard procedures.
• High attention to detail with an emphasis on quality.
• Excellent teamwork and communication abilities.
• Dependable and safety-oriented work ethic.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior manufacturing work experience.
• Basic mechanical knowledge or experience handling electromechanical systems.
• Familiarity with shift work schedules.
