Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver courteous and professional assistance by warmly greeting customers, guiding product choices, promoting store offerings, helping locate items, supporting buying decisions, and addressing or escalating customer concerns.
• Ensure coverage of designated sales floor areas and assist with Front End duties as needed, coordinating with team members to maintain consistent coverage and meet customer needs.
• Maintain an orderly sales floor by zoning assigned areas, relocating feature merchandise to proper locations, and managing recovery merchandise from service desks and other store points.
• Handle stocking tasks, including picking, downstocking, applying product protection, and setting up modular displays such as flex modulars and new shelf caps.
• Promote a safe and tidy workspace by adhering to company policies, completing safety sweep logs, and securing displays and fixtures.
• Maintain flexible availability to work varied shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays, ensuring smooth store operations and dependable customer service.

Challenges of the Role

• Manage a high volume of tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment, especially overnight shifts, by planning to sustain energy and focus.
• Meet physical demands involving extended standing, bending, and lifting items up to 20 lbs regularly and occasionally up to 50 lbs.
• Perform repetitive duties such as stocking and zoning with accuracy and attention to detail to uphold store standards.

Compensation

The starting pay rate for this position is $16.15 per hour.
